  Mental Health has been challenged as we have seen the negative effects of lock downs, technology, and social decline. Our mission is to simply bring people together and spread awareness of mental health benefits of sport. Through these groups, we have created communities and support groups for those looking to help others as well as those who need help. By traveling the world through sport, we have been successful in spreading our beliefs to grow our network of athletic mental health advocates.
